American Jiu Jitsu
A modern evolution of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our American Jiu-Jitsu lessons combine traditional submission grappling with wrestling techniques and practical self-defense strategies. Training both ground control and real-world applications to help you defend yourself effectively.
Wrestling
Control and overpower an opponent using techniques like takedowns, pins, and escapes. Learning the fundamentals of body positioning, leverage, and strength to gain an advantage in close combat, essential skills for both competition and self-defense.
Each session has different setup. We have most of the equipment that you'd need but will discuss this in detail when you book your lesson!
Our expert trainers bring years of experience in martial arts, offering personalized guidance and instruction to help you achieve your goals—whether it's mastering techniques, self defense, or improving fitness.
Lessons are typically 1 hour of low-impact technique drills but grappling and sparring is always an option. We encourage you to gather friends and split the cost. Your first class and any regularly scheduled open mat is always free.
